At Vibe Vault, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind every product we sell and want to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not match the description on our website, you are entitled to a full refund or free replacement.

To qualify for a refund or replacement due to damage or defect, you must:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide a clear unboxing video or photos showing the damage or defect.
  • Email your claim to vibevaultpk01@gmail.com with your order number and evidence.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a free replacement or process a full refund within 5 to 7 business days.

2. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the received item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Color Variations

Please note that some products on our store — particularly our portable fans — are available in assorted colors. The specific color dispatched may vary and is sent at random. Color variation is not considered a defect and is clearly mentioned on the product page. Refunds or returns will not be accepted on the basis of color preference.

4. Non-Returnable Situations

We are unable to process returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • The return request is made after 3 days of delivery.
  • The product has been used, damaged by the customer, or is missing original components.
  • No unboxing video or proof of damage is provided.
  • The customer simply changed their mind after delivery.

  4. Our team will review your request within 1 to 2 business days and respond with next steps.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed and returned via the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after approval.
