Thank you for shopping at VIBE VAULT. We want to ensure you have a transparent shopping experience. Please read our Return and Refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. 7-Day Return Window
You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict conditions:

The product must be unopened, unused, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

It must be in its original original packaging with all seals, tags, manuals, and accessories completely intact.

You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is fully responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning any item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Inspection and Refunds

Once your return is received at our facility, our technical team will conduct a thorough inspection of the product.

Following inspection, we will notify you via email/SMS whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the item.

If approved, your full refund will automatically be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
5. No Warranty Policy

Please note that we deal in portable electronic tech and gadgets, and there is absolutely no warranty provided on any of our products after the initial 7-day checking window has passed.

We do not cover any damages caused by personal misuse, water damage, or wear and tear over time.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at 03211275900 with your Order ID and photos of the unopened package. Returns sent back without prior communication will not be accepted.
