SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at VIBE VAULT! We are dedicated to delivering your tech gadgets and smart gear quickly and safely across the country. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after you place your order.

Order Verification Call/SMS: Since we utilize a guest checkout system and primarily Cash on Delivery (COD) methods, our team will contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to verify your delivery address and confirmation before dispatching your package. Orders will not be shipped until they are verbally or digitally verified by the customer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer reliable shipping through top logistics partners to deliver all over Pakistan (including major cities, towns, and rural areas).

Shipping Cost: 100% FREE of cost. We provide Free Shipping sitewide on all orders with no minimum purchase required.

Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order is verified and dispatched from our facility, packages take 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your verified order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or Email (using the contact details provided during guest checkout). You can track your package's live journey using the courier provider's official portal.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

Even though shipping is free, please ensure the exact cash amount for your product is ready upon delivery.

The courier rider will not allow you to open the flyer or parcel box before handover of the cash payment. This is a strict operational rule enforced by all Pakistani logistics companies. If there is any issue with your product after opening, it must be handled directly through our official Return & Refund Policy pathways.
5. Delivery Attempts & Unclaimed Parcels
Our courier partners will make up to 2 to 3 attempts to deliver your parcel to the address provided. If you are unavailable or do not answer the courier's phone calls, the parcel will be marked as "Return to Shipper" (RTS).

Please Note: Fake orders or repeatedly refusing verified COD parcels at the doorstep without a valid reason will result in your phone number and address being permanently blacklisted across our delivery networks.
6. Damages and Lost Packages
If you receive your package and the item inside is physically damaged due to shipping, please take immediate photographs or a video of the package and contact our customer care channel within 24 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
